Specifically Twitter has said that they will only used these assigned patent rights defensively to protect themselves against hostile actions. And further that any company that acquires these patent rights from Twitter will need the inventor’s consent to use them in an offensive action. Twitter has also provided the inventor with certain rights to license the patent to others for defensive purposes.

My little brother (he’s ten) and I were watching Beirut videos last night, the ones where they play live specifically. We both gasped when Zach starts singing on this one. After it was done, he went on to say how Beirut’s music gives him goosebumps, and that this is his favorite band because they don’t need any electric instruments or computers to create beautiful music.
